When you provide a phone number or email address in connection with the Services (either to us or to a SHEESH client using our platform), you consent to receive transactional communications about invoices, payments, and related service updates. Examples include notifications that an invoice is ready, payment reminders, and payment confirmations. These messages are transactional, not marketing messages.

We do not send SMS marketing or promotional text messages unless you separately and explicitly opt in to receive that type of communication. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

If you are a customer of a business that uses SHEESH, we rely on that business to confirm that it has obtained any consents required under applicable law and industry guidelines (including TCPA and CTIA best practices) before providing us with your contact information.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replyingSTOP to any message or by contacting us atsupport@getsheesh.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary based on your use of the Services (for example, how often invoices are issued or paid).

You may also opt out of marketing email communications by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us.

• Messaging providers and carriers (for example, Twilio and telecommunications carriers that deliver SMS messages).
